How I can help

I have a wealth of experience treating mental health problems relating to a chronic physical illness, for example, depression in diabetes or anxiety in COPD. I have extensive experience working in Europe’s busiest Major Trauma Centre at the Royal London Hospital, caring for people who have mental health problems as a consequence of having sustained serious or life-threatening injuries.

In addition, I have special expertise and extensive experience in mental health and HIV, including memory problems relating to HIV brain disease (HAND and/or HIV encephalopathy).

I also have a strong interest in the role of complementary therapies such as yoga, meditation, and mindfulness in the treatment of mental health problems.
